Shift Interlock Cable: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing/Replacing Interlock Cable

Caution! After assembly, check Interlock function.

Remove oddments tray and unfasten Interlock cable from shift tower

Installation:
Adjust interlock-cable.
Remove lower left trim from instrument panel, knee protection and lower section of trim on steering column.





Unfasten Interlock cable from steering lock and pull out.
