Replacing Cable For Front Seat Inclination

Replacing cable for front seat inclination left or right (compact)

Remove rear panel,







Remove screws and shoe guard.







Pull off retainer (1).







Installation:
Backrest lock must engage correctly.

Move Bowden cable (3) to and fro in bracket until cable settles into place" (freedom from clearance).


CAUTION!
Don't pull on cable (3).


Use new retainer.







Lift off retainer (2).
Push cable (3) forward and disconnect it.

Installation:
Use new retainer.







(A) Pull cable (1) downwards and disconnect it.
(B) Lift Bowden cable nipple (3) out of seatback release (2).
