Air Injection Pump: Service and Repair

Removing right intake filter housing.





Unfasten hose clip. Remove hose.





Unfasten hose clip on engine support.





Unfasten screw.





Unscrew bolts. Take off cover.
Remove right foglights.





Disconnect plugs (1 and 2).





Unfasten hose clips (1 and 2) and remove hoses.





From top of vehicle: unfasten screws, remove pump and bracket by pulling downwards.
If necessary, remove resistance.
If necessary, remove hose.
If necessary, remove pump from bracket.
