ASC+T 5 CONTROL MODULE







The ASC+T 5 control module is located in the electrical carrier forward of the glove box. It has additional new functions which include:
- The amplification of the wheel speed hall sensor input signals. The ASC+T5 receives these signals for ABS and ASC control as a 0.75 to 2.5 volt square wave.
- It then amplifies the signal to a 12 volt square wave signal and passes the signals to the AGS Transmission Control Module as input signals. The TCM then processes the signals for its functioning.
- The ASC+T5 provides an additional input signal to the TCM when the ASC is manually switched off. The TCM will cancel the winter program when the ASC is switched off (if the winter program is active at the time).
