Replacing Expansion Valve, Rear A/C Unit

Remove Evaporator. Refer to Rear Evaporator Replacement, Service and Repair Evaporator Core





Release union nuts (1) and remove shut-off valve (2).

Installation:
Replace O-rings.





Release screws (1) and remove expansion valve (2).

Installation:
Replace O-rings.
