Replacing Heater Core (Air Conditioner Control)




Pry off clips from manifold cover. Unfasten screws and remove cover with acoustic insulation.




Unfasten water hoses (1) on end wall. Carefully blow out lines to clear remaining coolant from heater.

Installation:
Filling and bleeding the cooling system, Service and Repair

Remove center console, Service and Repair
Remove lower section of steering column trim panel and footwell trim, then remove left footwell air duct.




Unfasten screws and place bracket to one side




Unfasten screws and remove pipes.

Installation:
Replace 0-rings.




Unfasten screws and remove cover from heater core.




Remove heater core.
