Front Heater Valves, Replacement

Important!
Cooling system is under pressure.
Only relieve pressure from cooling system with cold engine.





Lever off clips from manifold cover.
Unfasten screws and remove cover with acoustic insulation.





Remove left cover from ignition coils.





Unfasten left cable duct and fold inwards.





Unfasten hose clips (1) to (3) and remove water hoses.
Remove plug connections (4) and (5).





Lever off left and right water valve from mounts.

Installation:
Top up coolant up to marking if necessary.
Bleed cooling system if necessary.
