Damage to Rear Brake Disc

MODELS:
M5/E34, 850CSi, 750iL/E38

Situation:
If any of the above models are driven with the parking brake on to the extent that the parking brake shoes are worn out, or the lining has separated from the shoes, the ventilated rear brake disc/drum assemblies have probably also been distorted by the resultant heat.

In instances such as these, the ventilated rear discs must also be replaced.
