Center Console

REMOVING AND INSTALLING CENTER CONSOLE

- Remove rear seats.

- Remove rear console. Rear Console





- Unscrew left/right screws and take off center armrest.





- Lift out ashtray.

- Take off covers.





- Unscrew screws.

- Lift out tray.

- Disconnect plug and pull out ashtray light.





- Unscrew screw.

- Unclip and told back parking brake cover.

- Cut off retaining strap and remove cover.





- Take out plate (1).

Installation:
Replace retaining strap.





- Unscrew screws.





- Pull off selector lever grip from above.

- Pulling off force = approx. 25 N (27.5 lbs.).





- Unclip and pull on cover from above.





- Unclip drive clip (1) upward with a screwdriver and push pin (2) aside. Pin (2) remains in the selector lever.





- Unscrew screws (3 and 4) and lift out cover from above.

- Disconnect plug.





- Pull off radio frame.





- Unscrew screws.

- Pull out radio and disconnect plugs.

Note: Remove radio.





- Press in clip In the middle and pull out on-board computer.

- Disconnect plug.





- Lift out frames.

- Unscrew screws and take off trim panel.

- Disconnect plug.





- Turn clips and unclip and remove dash-board trim panel.





- Unscrew left and right screws and lift out center console.
