Defect Code 01:

- only applicable if door lock heating system TSH) installed -

Explanation: The central locking module (ZVM) detects the following defects via its own diagnostic link from the ZVM connector B Pin 23 to the output side of the door lock heating system (TSH) (relay - heating ring):

- TSH heating ring broken or
- Wire to TSH heating ring broken or
- Wire from ZVM to TSH relay broken or
- Diagnostic link from ZVM to TSH broken or
- TSH relay does not pull up or
- TSH relay sticking

Troubleshooting: As displayed on screen.

Note:

Check heating ring. The heating ring should have an electrical resistance of approx. 2 Ohm.

If the defect code 01 cannot be cleared although the door lock heating system (TSH) is operating correctly, then the diagnostic link from the ZVM connector B Pin 23 to the door lock heating system (TSH) is interrupted.
