Receiver Dryer: Service and Repair

Valve Core Tool:

- Discharge pressure in A/C system with help of a valve core remover.

Drier Hose Connections:

- Disconnect plug (1).
- Pull off plug (2).

Drier Hose Connections:

- Unscrew connections (1 and 2), while holding on hexagons (3 and 4).
- Insert plugs in open connections immediately.

Drier:

- Unscrew bolts (1 and 2)
- Remove drier.

When reinstalling:

- Remove plugs in connection openings only shortly before connection of lines.
- Check O-rings, replacing if necessary.
- Recharge and check A/C system for leaks after installation of drier.
