Heater Core: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Remove instrument panel trim and fresh air grille.
2. Remove Airflow Control Box - A/C.








3. Disconnect condensation hoses. Evaporator/Heater case can now be separated and core removed.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
