Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

Valve Core Tool:

- Discharge pressure in air conditioner with help of a valve core remover.
- Remove left and right radiator grill side sections.
- Remove front bumper assembly. Bumper

Condenser Hose Connections:

- Disconnect both coolant lines (1 - 2).
- Hold on hexagons (3 - 4).
- Insert plugs in open connections immediately.

Fan Connector:

- Pull off multiple-pin plug (1).

Mounting Bolts:

- Unscrew mounting bolts of two-tone horns and suspend horns to one side.
- Unscrew bolts (1 - 6).
- Remove condenser with extra fan.

Fan Mounting Bolts:

- Unscrew bolts (1).

Condenser Mounting Bolts:

- Unscrew bolts (1 - 4) and take off brackets (5 - 6).
- Take off extra fan.

When reinstalling:
- Check O-rings, replacing if necessary.
