Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVE
- Turn ignition "Off".
- Pull down glove box cover with rail.





- Detach control unit on body.
- Push back clamp (1) and pull out multiple pin plug (2) to the right and then disconnect to the left.





- Check for correct connections when replacing control unit.

NOTE: Multiple pin plug has a tab on its left side, for which the control unit must have an opening.

INSTALL

- Install in reverse order.

NOTE: Control unit number





- Engage left side of plug and then press right side into clamp.
- Check function of Antilock Brake System (ABS) for proper operation.
