SUBJECT: Molded Wire Connector Repair Kit

Situation: Many of the switches and sensors located in the engine-compartment are now equipped with molded (water-proof) wire connectors. The individual pins in these connectors are covered by an insulating jacket which is molded around the pin and the wire to provide maximum protection against corrosion.
A repair kit (P/N 61 13 1 382 248) is now available if repairs to the connectors become necessary.
