Crankcase Ventilation Hoses

Removing

• When installing, bring all cable ties back to the same positions.

- Remove the upper intake manifold.






- Remove the crankcase ventilation hoses - arrows - from the cylinder head covers.






• The crankcase ventilation hoses cannot be removed from the cylinder head covers without being destroyed. Crankcase ventilation hoses must be replaced after being removed.

- Free up the crankcase ventilation hoses.

- Remove the bolt - 1 - and the connections for the crankcase ventilation hoses.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Oil Check Valves and Oil Separator Overview ] Oil Check Valves and Oil Separator Overview.

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

• Replace the seals and O-rings.

- Install the upper intake manifold.
