Line and Hose Securing Elements Assembly Overview





1. Reservoir bracket to body

2. Reservoir in bracket

3. Bolt in bracket

4. Hydraulic oil cooler to condenser

5. Power steering pump in the bracket, refer to => [ Power Steering Pump, with Dynamic Steering ] Power Steering Pump, with Dynamic Steering or => [ Power Steering Pump, without Dynamic Steering ] Power Steering Pump, without Dynamic Steering.

Reservoir Bracket to the Body






- Secure the bracket - 2 - to the body with bolts - 1 -.

- Secure the reservoir - 4 - in the bracket - 2 - using the bolt - 3 -.

Reservoir in the Bracket






- Insert the reservoir with the tab - 1 - in the opening in the bracket - 2 -.

Hydraulic Oil Cooler to Condenser






- Position the hydraulic oil cooler - 1 - on the brackets - 2 - and then engage it into the brackets - 3 -.

Lines to the hydraulic oil cooler, refer to => [ Hoses to Reservoir, Hydraulic Oil Cooler and Return Line Installation Locations ] Locations.

Pressurized Line to Crossbrace






- Install the pressure line on the crossbrace using the nut - 3 - and rubber bushing - 4 -.

- Note the line installation location when bolting the line connection. The markings - 1 - and - 2 - must be opposite each other.

Pressurized Line to the Engine Mount






- Route the pressure line - 4 - between the connector - 2 - and the engine mount - 3 -.

- Tighten the retaining bracket - 5 - on the threaded pin - 1 - using the nut - 6 -.

Return Line Bracket to the Subframe






- Install the return line - 1 - on the longitudinal member threaded pins - 2 - using the clips - 5 -.

- Install the return line - 1 - with the colored markings - arrows - in the clips - 5 -.

- Secure the return line - 1 - with the line bracket - 4 - to the left front of the subframe - 3 -.

Return Line to Subframe






- Install the return line - 4 - on the subframe - 3 - using the bracket - 2 - and bolt - 1 -.

Hydraulic Oil Cooler Lines to Lock Carrier






- Install the hose lines - 5 - and - 6 - with the clip - 1 - (quantity: 2) to the rib - 2 - (quantity: 2).
