Multi-Function Steering Wheel

=> [ Multi-Function Buttons ]

=> [ Tiptronic Switch ]

Multi-Function Buttons

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove driver's airbag.

- Disconnect harness connector - 1 - at button - 2 -.





- Slide button - 2 - out of steering wheel in direction of arrow.

- Turn the button around.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 - to Tiptronic switch from multifunction button - 1 - and remove button.





Installing

- Install in reverse order.

Removal and installation of left multi-function button is identical.

Tiptronic Switch

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove driver's airbag.

- Disconnect trim ring from steering wheel.

- Slide multi-function button - 2 - out of steering wheel in direction of arrow.





- Turn the button around.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 - on the multi-function button - 1 -.





- Remove screw - arrow - and remove Tiptronic switch downward.





Installing

- Install in reverse order.

Removal and installation of the left switch is identical.
