1 Intake Manifold Flap Vacuum Actuator
• Right cylinder bank
• With bracket
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Flap Vacuum Actuator ] Service and Repair
2 Mounting Pin
• Replace
3 Bolts
• 9 Nm
4 Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor (G336)
• Right cylinder bank
• After replacing, perform adaptation in guided fault finding vehicle diagnosis and service system (VAS 5052).
5 Bolt
• 2.5 Nm
6 Gasket
• Replace if damaged
• Open side faces intake manifold runner position sensor (G336)
7 Intake Manifold
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold
8 Gasket
• Replace
9 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)
• Right cylinder bank
• After replacing, perform adaptation in guided fault finding vehicle diagnosis and service system (VAS 5052).
10 Bolt
• 9 Nm
11 Retaining Clip
12 Bolt
• 9 Nm
13 Gasket
• Replace
14 Bolt
• 9 Nm
15 Throttle Valve Control Module 2 (J544)
• Left cylinder bank
• After replacing, perform adaptation in guided fault finding vehicle diagnosis and service system (VAS 5052).
16 Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor 2 (G512)
• Left cylinder bank
• After replacing, perform adaptation in guided fault finding vehicle diagnosis and service system (VAS 5052).
17 Bolt
• 2.5 Nm
18 Gasket
• Replace if damaged
• Open side faces intake manifold runner position sensor 2 (G512)
19 Bolt
• Tightening specification
20 Intake Manifold Gasket
• Replace
21 Bolt
• 9 Nm
22 Fuel Filler Tubes
• With low fuel pressure sensor (G410)
23 Mounting Pin
• Replace
24 Bolts
• 9 Nm
25 Intake Manifold Flap Vacuum Actuator
• Left cylinder bank
• With bracket
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Flap Vacuum Actuator ] Service and Repair
26 Intake Manifold Runner Control Valve (N316)
Intake Manifold Tightening Sequence (optional)
• First tightening: 8 Nm
• Tighten bolts - 8 and 9 - only to 11 Nm
• Second tightening for all other bolts: 9 Nm and the 90 degrees
