4 Bolt

• Tightening specification and sequence, refer to => [ Spur Gear Unit, Tightening Specifications and
Sequence ]

5 A/C compressor driveshaft seal

• Replacing, refer to => [ A/C Compressor Drive Shaft Seal, Replacing ] A/C Compressor Drive Shaft Seal, Replacing.

6 Dust seal cap for A/C compressor drive

7 Clamp

8 Driveshaft for A/C compressor

• 60 Nm

9 O-ring

• Replace

10 Driveshaft for oil pump

11 Spring

12 Spur gear unit

• Cannot be replaced separately

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Spur Gear Unit ] Spur Gear Unit

13 Drive spur gear for power take-off with semi-circular seal

• Cannot be replaced separately

• Semi-circular seal installation location, refer to => [ Semi-Circular Seal Installation Location ]

• Replace the semi-circular seal if damaged

14 Drive sprocket for power take-off

15 Bolt

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Power Take-Off Drive Chain Assembly Overview ] Power Take-Off Drive Chain Assembly Overview

Spur Gear Unit, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten the bolts - 1 to 6 - in a diagonal sequence to 22 Nm using a torque wrench.
