4 - Spring

- For engaging four-way lumbar support in backrest frame
- From 06.06 (for specific countries)

5 - Four-way lumbar support frame

6 - Clamping sleeve

Removing:

NOTE: When replacing positioning motor, four-way lumbar support must not be on an end stop.

- Remove backrest cover panel.
- Disconnect electrical harness connector.
- Disengage retaining bracket and remove actuator downward.

Installing:
- Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
- Actuator can only be installed in one position.

9 - Central screws
- For centering four-way lumbar support with frame

10 - Rivet
11 - Plastic washer
12 - Four-way lumbar support height adjustment motor

Removing

NOTE: When replacing positioning motor, four-way lumbar support must not be on an end stop.

- Remove backrest cover panel.
- Disconnect electrical harness connector.
- Disengage retaining bracket and remove actuator upward.

Installing
- Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:
- Actuator can only be installed in one position.

Disconnecting electrical harness connector and disengaging retaining bracket at actuator

NOTE: When replacing positioning motor, four-way lumbar support must not be on an end stop.

- Disconnect electrical connector - 4 -.
- Disengage retaining bracket - 3 - using a screwdriver - 2 - and remove actuator - 1 -.
