Telephone Transceiver, Removing and Installing

- If control module is replaced, select "Replacement" function for appropriate control module in "Guided Fault-Finding" routine.

Use the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 to do so.
- Turn off all electrical components.
- Remove ignition key.

Removing
- Remove right A-pillar trim.
- Remove right front seat.

NOTE: Safety belt on seat frame must not be loosened.

- Fold back the floor mat.







- Release electronics box cover - arrows - and remove it.







- Disconnect connectors - 1 - and - 3 - on Telephone Transceiver R36 - 2 -.
- Pry Telephone Transceiver R36 - 2 - out of E-box.
- If present, remove Bluetooth Antenna R152.

Installing
- Install in reverse order.
