Rear Cross Panel Trim, Removing And Installing

- Torque wrench V.A.G 1410







1 - Rear cross panel trim

- Removal:
- Remove floor covering from luggage compartment.
- Loosen two nuts - 2 - on rear cross panel trim - 1 - behind spare wheel and remove nuts.
- Remove luggage compartment lighting connector.
- Unclip rear cross panel trim - 1 - upward from four metal clips - 3 -.

- Installing:
Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

- After assembling trim, make sure seal is properly fitted.
- Reconnect lighting connector.

2 - Nuts (2x)
- Tightening torque 5 Nm
3 - Metal clips (Qty. 4)
