Rocker Arm Assembly: Service and Repair

Roller-type rocker finger, removing and installing

Removing
- Remove engine
- Remove camshafts.
- Mark assignment of roller-type rocker fingers and their shafts for replaced installation.





- Remove bolts (arrows).
- Thread M6 bolt into hole in roller-type rocker finger shaft.
- Pull shaft out of cylinder head and detach roller-type rocker fingers.

Installing
Install in reverse order, note the following:

Note: Replace O-rings.

- Lubricate roller-type rocker finger mounts prior to installation.
- Install camshafts.
- Install engine.
