Stops, Removing And Installing

WARNING: Springs are compressed and can cause injury if released.
There are compressed springs inside the stop sleeves. Do not pry out stop sleeves.

NOTE: The stops cannot be removed without being damaged.







1 - Stops

Removing
- Drill open stops - 1 - (2x) in direction of arrow.
- Remove bolts - 3 - (2x).
- Remove stops - 1 - (2x).







Installing
- Be sure to secure bolts - 3 - (2x) with D00600A2 locking compound when securing metal base sleeves - 4 - (2x) using bolts - 3 - (2x).
- Place springs - 2 - (2x) onto metal sleeves - 4 - (2x).
- Press on stops - 1 - (2x) until they engage audibly

2 - Springs (2x)
3 - Bolts (2x)
- Tightening torque: 6 Nm (53 in.lb)
- Secured with D00600A2 locking compound.
4 - Metal sleeves (2x)
5 - Grip plate
6 - Bolts (2x)
