Right coolant pipe, removing and installing

Removing
- Remove intake manifold, Refer to Intake Manifold, Service and Repair.





- Disconnect rear coolant hose 020 from right coolant pipe.
- Remove bolt -1-.
- Pull right coolant pipe out of cylinder block toward rear (arrow).
- Remove catalytic converter upward.

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:

Notes:
^ Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type, Refer to Parts Supplier
^ Replace O-rings.

- Clean and/or smooth O-ring sealing surface before installing.
- Coat new O-ring with G12 and slide onto coolant pipe.
- Slide coolant pipe into the hole at cylinder block.
- Install intake manifold, Refer to Intake Manifold, Service and Repair.
