W/Standard Steering Wheel

NOTE: When removing or installing the airbag spiral spring, the wheels should be in the straight-ahead position.

- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Disconnect airbag power supply connector.
- Remove airbag unit and steering wheel.




- Remove screws (arrows).
- Disconnect lock plate -A-.
- Remove airbag spiral spring from behind.

NOTE: When removed, airbag spiral spring must not be twisted.

- Install all components in reverse order of removal.
