Expansion Block/Orifice Tube: Service and Repair

A/C Restrictor:

CAUTION:
Be sure A/C refrigerant system is completely discharged before removing components.

- Discharge A/C refrigerant system.
- Remove refrigerant line from evaporator.
- Pull restrictor from line with needle nose pliers.
- Replace 0-ring seals.
- Install restrictor.
- Install refrigerant line.
- Torque to 16 Nm (12.0 ft lb).
- Recharge refrigerant system.
