Heater Box Assembly/Disassembly

Heater Box Half, Left:

- Heater core, sealing in left heater box half.
Note: The opening of the left heater box must be sealed with a commercial silicone sealer after installing the heater core.

Heater Core:

- Heater core, sealing.
Note: Heater core must be sealed without gaps with foam rubber before installation in heater box.

Flaps From Heater Box With Special Tool:

- Use fixture (2076A - as shown) for installing flap doors when reassembling heater box halves.

Flap Levers From Heater Box:

- Flap levers, assembling.
