Water Pump: Service and Repair

Water Pump Replace

1. Drain cooling system.
2. Loosen alternator adjusting bolt, then remove alternator drive belt.
3. Remove water pump pulley attaching bolts, then the pulley.
4. Remove water pump to housing attaching bolts and the water pump.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
