Transfer Hypoid Drive Gear Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required

- Driver Handle, 15 x 135L 07749-0010000
- Bearing Driver Attachment, 42 x 47 mm 07746-0010300
- Attachment, 40 x 50 mm 07LAD-PW50601

1. Remove the tapered roller bearing (A) from the transfer hypoid drive gear (B) using the driver handle, the 42 x 47 mm bearing driver attachment, a bearing separator (C), and a press.






2. Install a new bearing on the transfer hypoid drive gear using the driver handle, the 40 x 50 mm attachment, and a press.
