Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Incorrect pre-load.

2. Incorrect of backlash of hypoid gear.

3. Damaged or chipped gears.

4. Incorrect tire size (rolling circumference).

Also check for:

- Pre-load adjustment
- Replace the differential carrier assembly
