Engine Mount Control Actuator: Testing and Inspection

DIAPHRAGM ACTUATOR TEST
1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the solenoid valve, and remove the rear mount.
2. Clean and oil the diaphragm actuator rod, rear mount rotor lever, and lever linkage.





3. With a vacuum pump/gauge, apply vacuum of about 230 mmHg (9.1 inch/Hg.), and check if the rotor lever turns 80°.
- Replace the rear mount if the rotor lever does not operate.
