REMOVAL/INSPECTION





CAUTION: Replace the self-locking nuts after removal.

INSTALLATION





CAUTION: The vehicle should be on the ground before any bolts or nuts connected to rubber mounts or bushings are tightened.

NOTE:
- Wipe off the dirt, oil or grease from the threads before tightening the fasteners.
- The right and left damper fords are not interchangeable. The left damper fork is marked with "W5L" while the right damper fork is marked with "W5R".
- The right and left upper arms are not interchangeable. The left upper arm is marked with "L5J" while the right arm is marked with "R5J".
- The stabilizer bar is symmetrical. Install with the paint mark facing rear of the vehicle.
- After installing the suspension arm, check the front wheel alignment, and adjust if necessary.

NOTE: Adjust the caster angle by increasing or decreasing the adjusting shims.

CAUTION: Do not interchange the radius rod rubber bushings.
