Heater Unit / Overhaul

Heater Unit:

1. Remove the screw and the damper arm cover.
2. Disconnect the link from the damper arm, and remove the screw and the damper arm.
3. Remove the two screws and the heater core cover.
4. Remove the screw and the pipe clamp.
5. Pull out the heater core.

NOTE: Be careful not to bend the inlet and outlet pipes during heater core removal.

6. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
