Antilock Brakes / Traction Control Systems: Description and Operation

The Anti-Lock Brake System, available on Legend models, modulates hydraulic pressure to the brake calipers whenever the wheels are likely to lock up during heavy braking conditions. When various sensors indicate that lockup is no longer imminent, the system restores normal hydraulic pressure to the calipers.
